Book Blurb:
Wyatt Conner is a hard man. A sixth generation sheriff in his hometown of Garnet. A former MMA fighter. His life is about following the rules and making sure everyone else in Garnet follows them too.

Before life hurt him, Wyatt was different. Love had once blinded him to his upbringing and made him defiant against anyone who tried to separate him from the girl he loved. He easily broke laws to ensure her safety.

When she left it destroyed him.

Now she's back.

Tabitha knew coming home was a mistake, but family obligation demanded it. She wasn’t expecting to run smack into the love of her life the same day she returned.

Despite the danger, Tabitha is powerless against the wild rush of desire that explodes between them the moment she finds herself in Wyatt’s arms again. She needs a second chance too, but she can't risk Wyatt finally discovering the real reason she left.

Even for another taste of true love.

Tabitha knows her haunted past will destroy both of them if Wyatt finds out. What she suffered through was too terrible and it's the one thing that will have him crossing the line for revenge.

Tabitha, Tabitha, Tabitha, oh how I've disliked you for two books. From Defying the Odds and Star Crossed you've already met Wyatt, the cocky retired fighter now sheriff twin brother of Jules and best friend of Clay. Through meeting Wyatt you hear tonnnns about Tabitha, the horrible chick who leaves him and goes to Florida to make a lot of money off Wyatts life.
No bueno, i started the book wanting to know what was going on but wanting to punch her in the face.
In my eyes Kele had her work cut out for her changing my mind, BUT of course i did.
Though Jules has a point Tabitha should have trusted Wyatt with the issues she had I'm glad she comes back to deal with them.
Tabithas mom is sick, though to proud to take any help Tabs comes home after years away to lend a hand, but the demons in a city she ran from didn't disappear and she's left picking up the pieces.

I give Wyatt credit for not moving on after over ten years apart and i understand by Tabs fears he will cross the line.
Finally you get their story with all its heart breaking pieces and you can do nothing but hope for a happy ending, for all those involved.
I love that Mel, Clay, Jules, Rom, Nova and everyone else's stories continue thru this book
You def feel like you are part of this extended family as you read thru the series…..

I give Crossing the Line and the whole series by Kele Moon
and a shot of johnny blue!

Tabitha

Wyatt

A freckle faced, redhead born and raised in Hawaii, Kele Moon has always been a bit of a sore thumb and has come to enjoy the novelty of it. She thrives off pushing the envelope and finding ways to make the impossible work in her story telling. With a mad passion for romance, she adores the art of falling in love. The only rules she believes in is that, in love there are no rules and true love knows no bounds.
So obsessed is she with the beauty of romance and the novelty of creating it she’s lost in her own wonder world most of the time. Thankfully she married her own dark, handsome, brooding hero who had infinite patience for her airy ways and attempts to keep her grounded. When she leaves her keys in the refrigerator or her cell phone in the oven he’s usually there to save her from herself. The two of them now reside in Florida with their three beautiful children who make their lives both fun and challenging in equal parts–They wouldn’t have it any other way.

Defying the Odds Purchase Links:
Clay Powers and Melody Dylan, what huh who is Kele Moon and why is she not my best friend yet. Defying the Odds is a story of two people who couldn't be more opposite in societies eyes. Melody is running, not just from her past but from her ex husband who thought using her as a punching bag was the way to keep your marriage together. Clay Powerhouse Powers has his share of demons but a broken past doesn't prepare him for what Mel doesn't realize she has, the ability to heal.

Defying the Odds was such a great book for me, it def shows the base for a series. I feel like it was a tease because it ends and your wanting to know more. Overall Kele was about to take this story and give your the core base needed to understand Clay, the Connors and Mel history to better see how that brings them to the hear and now. Mel is a real women with real issues, being put into a world she didn't know existed but is quickly learning.

Star Crossed Purchase Links:

Dear Romeo and Juliet, you might just be my favorite. Kele started this series gradual with Defying the Odds but Star Crossed was like a uppercut followed by a jab. After reading Defying the Odds i wanted to know what was going to happen with Romeo and Juliet, who doesn't with a couple named after one of the most tragic love story of all time! Kele didn't disappoint. Dealing with the mod, injuries, siblings and their own doubts the odds were against Jules and Rom from the beginning. I loved their journey to find each other and the people in their lives. Jules is strong and independent and Romeo is old school italian and stubborn but with all their heartbreak they fix together in such a perfect way. You fall in love with them as their courtship starts thru texts and Skype dates, your heart breaks when you get more and more into Romeos past and the strength thats made him who he is, then it ends and your happy with joy but want to know the small details, the little moments because all along you felt like they were your friends! Great book i def recommend readying them in order, not because its not a standalone but because they are awesome stories!

    1. hey Kele,
      I loved it,
Its like you have 3 different styles of writing each book is written towards the main characters in a way that you see the personality and the way they talk and think, very few writers have that skill was an honor being able to read all three.
